NCI is searching for a dedicated and experienced ERP Business Analyst ( Business Systems Analyst IV ) to support one of our critical DOD contracts. The multi-year contract involves support of IA Defense-in-Depth strategy and the Defense Global Information Grid IA Vision. The successful candidate will be part of our team providing technical support in the areas of programmatic analyses, studies, briefings, IA training and certification implementation support, and technical reviews and analysis of National, Department of Defense (DoD), Joint Staff, and other federal agencies’ IA policies. Highlights of Responsibilities:
- Under general direction, serves as senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with ERP.
- Defines the detailed requirements, analyzes the business needs, and validates solutions with the client.
- Details requirements through the product development and other functions to support the project team.
- Monitors other business analysts in software development methods and processes and implementation of those methods.
- Evaluates development projects and assists in tailoring the development process to meet the project needs.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prefer candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience working DoD IT contracts, preferably IA related contracts or contracts with a large IA component.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance.
